At Scope Assist, we provide a range of professional estimating and supplement support services tailored specifically for contractors, roofing companies, and restoration professionals. Whether you need accurate Xactimate or Symbility estimates, detailed supplement submissions, or full-service estimate and supplement management, we have scalable solutions to match your workflow.

Here’s the breakdown of our estimate and supplement service levels:
Estimate Only
We create a detailed Xactimate or Symbility estimate based on your measurements and photos. You handle submission and carrier communication directly.
Supplement
We review all documentation, identify missing scope items, write the supplement, and submit it to the carrier on your behalf. We also handle communication regarding the scope of work.
Estimate + Submission
We write the estimate and handle carrier submission and follow-up until it’s approved. Our team keeps you updated throughout the process.
Resubmit
Perfect for partial approvals or repair scopes that should’ve been full replacements. We’ll review all files, write the new scope, and handle submission and discussion with the carrier.
Submitting Your Estimate or Supplement Request In 4 Easy Steps!
Our process is designed for roofing contractors, mitigation specialists, and restoration pros who need accurate, code-compliant estimates and detailed supplements with minimal delay. With just a few clicks, you can submit your project documentation, and our team of experienced estimators will take it from there.
Step 1: How to Submit a File & What We Need From You.
Before submitting your file, here's a list of things we'll be needing.

Measurement report (we can order one if needed)

Clear jobsite photos (Dropbox or CompanyCam)

Original Insurance scope (if available)

A quick note on what you're looking for (estimate, supplement, resubmit, etc.)
Step 4: Carrier Submission & Follow-Up
After approval and if you choose,, we handle submission and communicate with the carrier until resolution. You’ll typically hear back from us within 7–10 business days after submission. You’re always welcome to call or email for an update.

Once you have all your documents together, email everything through to us at files@scopeassist.net using our specific format.. Or, you can submit your files through your CRM and just @tag us!
After submission, please allow 48 hours for review. Will will email you and notify you if we believe there is a viable supplement.

After you give us the go-ahead, we will have an estimate written and emailed to you for approval within 24 hours.
